Private lessons, workshops and group classes are open to students at all levels of experience. Each session is aimed to directly apply the principles of Alexander's discoveries to activities ranging from highly specialized performance skills (dance, theater, music), to the everyday (sitting, walking, using phones and computers) in order to maximize integration and reduce stress.

Private lessons are available in Center City Philadelphia on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and in Delaware County on Wednesdays and Fridays. Workshops are available and designed to suit the needs of your community. Gift certificates are also available by request.
