The Move Free, Play Free Coaching Program teaches musicians about their own coordination so they can reduce unnecessary tension. When musicians free their movement, they can avoid or recover from injury, break through technique plateaus and can manage performance anxiety. This Alexander Technique program tailored specifically to the needs of musicians was created to be both comprehensive, affordable and accessible to all musicians, everywhere. This package includes: - 3 Alexander Technique private lessons with AT Phila instructor Ariel Weiss (45 minutes/lesson) - 22 Move Free, Play Free videos, including 10 daily instructional videos + 10 guided movement videos (unlimited access). - 1 Monthly Pass with unlimited access to class recordings and live online classes (1 month).
