Do you love moving to Music?

We’ll use music and Alexander's discoveries as our inspiration to explore different states of motion that are generated by you, for you, in search of cooperative, cohesive, supported movement. All you need is 30 minutes, a bit of space, your curiosity and a willingness to experiment. All ages and abilities welcome.

Online every week *except the 4th Wednesday of the month. These classes explore how Alexander’s Discoveries about mind-body coordination can help you feel and function at your best. Have a sturdy, high-backed chair (not with wheels) handy to use in class.
