​These drop-in group classes let us explore Alexander’s discoveries applied to a wide range of activities. Appropriate for both those new to Alexander Technique and anyone interested in continuing their study. Questions, requests and all activities welcomed - Let's explore together!

Online every week *except the 4th Tuesday of the month. These classes explore how Alexander’s discoveries about mind-body coordination can help you feel and function at your best. Have a sturdy, high-backed chair (not with wheels) handy to use in class.
